因为酒庄门口一棵500年树龄的核桃树而得名。

酒庄门口的古核桃树


它坐落在德钦县奔子栏镇哈充村。距离奔子栏镇5公里,从香格里拉去梅里雪山方向,沿着214国道驱车50分钟就能到达核桃树酒庄。


The winery is located in hachong village, benzilan Town, Deqin County.It is 5km away from benzilan Town, from Shangri La to Meili Snow Mountain, and you can drive along national highway 214 for 50 minutes to reach walnut tree winery.

扎西核桃树酒庄内景


酒庄是一所藏式民居,全土木建构,青瓦夯墙。


牛棚改建成酒窖,白马雪山的雪水从酒窖穿流而过,自然地调节着酒窖温度,恒温恒湿。


The winery is a Tibetan folk house, fully constructed by civil engineering.The cowshed is transformed into a wine cellar, and the snow water of Baima Snow Mountain flows through the wine cellar, which naturally regulates the temperature of the wine cellar, with constant temperature and humidity.

扎西核桃树酒庄,酒窖内


目前扎西葡萄园的葡萄品种有:霞多丽、赤霞珠和少量西拉。


霞多丽位于香格里拉阿东村海拔2520米,总共有8亩葡萄园,亩产量400kg左右。赤霞珠和西拉种植在海拔2400米的香格里拉叶日村,赤霞珠有7亩,西拉只有180株,0.6亩左右。叶日村的产量为380kg。


酒庄年产量不足2万瓶,5个单品。


At present, the grape varieties in the vineyard are Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Shiraz.


Chardonnay is located in Adong village, Shangri La, with an altitude of 2520 meters. There are 8 mu vineyards in total, and the output per mu is about 400kg.Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are planted in yeri village, Shangri La, 2400 meters above sea level. There are 7 mu of Cabernet Sauvignon and only 180 Shiraz, about 0.6 mu. The output of yeri village is 380kg.


The annual output of the winery is less than 20000 bottles, with a total of 5 single products.

ZAXEE2560赤霞珠干红(大扎西),原料来自于海拔2560米的葡萄园,采用手工采摘,手工逐粒精选,长时间浸皮发酵,12个月橡木桶陈酿,6个月瓶储。


ZAXEE2560Brewer's Recommendation,The raw materials come from vineyards at an altitude of 2560 meters. They are picked by hand, selected by hand one by one, soaked and fermented for a long time, aged in oak barrels for 12 months and stored in bottles for 6 months.

ZAXEE2300赤霞珠干红(小扎西),原料来自于海拔2300米的葡萄园,采用手工采摘,手工逐粒精选,自然酵母控温发酵,陶罐储存半年以上。


ZAXEE2300Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon,The raw materials come from the vineyard at an altitude of 2300 meters. They are picked manually, selected by hand, fermented by natural yeast under controlled temperature, and stored in pottery pots for more than half a year.

ZAXEE霞多丽干白,纯手工采摘,手工逐粒精选,低温发酵,自然澄清,无过滤。

ZOMAA卓玛自然甜酒,赤霞珠甜型葡萄酒,采用优质葡萄蒸馏而成,橡木桶陈酿6年。


ZOMAA Brewer's Recommendation,Cabernet Sauvignon sweet wine,It is distilled from high-quality grapes and aged in oak barrels for 6 years.


从品牌定位,酒标产品设计,到葡萄种植酿造,全由酒庄的3个合伙人独立完成。
